Notice is hereby given that the County Commissioners of Charles County will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed Zoning Text Amendment #08-98, Waterfront Planned Residential Development, on July 8, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. (MEETING POSTPONED for more “Research” from the Commissioners…) in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room located in the Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland.
The proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is to add language to establish a new floating zone for residential waterfront development.
